Fellow Grand Gedeans and Friends of the Nynow Family:

The Nynow Family, and the entire Twarbo/Gleo community residing in the United States hereby announced with regret, the passing and home going of our father, uncle, brother, grandfather, and our hero, Mr. Charles Nynon Nynow Fineboy, in the city of Zwedru, Grand Gedeh County, Republic of Liberia.

The late Old-man Fineboy was the first Grand Gedean to own and operates a transport bus (service name, “Total Involvement”) between the cities of Monrovia and Tchien, now Zwedru, in the early 1960s. He had an invested interest in the pursuit of education, and a sense of community, which brought people together. The deceased was well known and admired for providing short-term (Poor Man Loan) loans to market women, civil servants, parents of students, and all those who needed his help.

In recognition of his invaluable services to humanity and the people of Grand Gedeh County in particular, we deem it most expedient to honor him at a memorial service on January 28, 2012, at the New Life United Methodist Church at 51 South State Road Upper Darby, PA 19802, beginning at 7 PM, eastern.
