Article VI, Section 4 (d) states, “He/she shall submit quarterly financial reports to the National President who shall furnish copies of same to the local chapters and the chairman of the Board of Directors.” Once the quarterly financial report is submitted to the local chapters, it is hopeful that the leadership of the local chapters will distribute the report to their local members.
