“Enough Is Enough; Samuel Kanyon Doe Jr. Speaks”

Samuel Kanyon Doe Jr.
THE EDITOR:
In reference to my mother, Mrs. Nancy B. Doe’s news article in Front Page Africa newspaper yesterday November 2, 2011; I would like to use this opportunity to clarify and elaborate on several points…..
Let it be known, that I am not ignorant to Madame Johnson’s longstanding vendetta against my family. I have lived my life proudly and privately as the son of the former President of the Republic of Liberia, Dr. Samuel Kanyon Doe Sr. In light of recent events by current President of the Republic of Liberia Madame Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf, it is imperative for me to express myself just a little to the Liberian people and the international community.
It is a well-known fact that my father welcomed Madame Sirleaf into his administration with open arms. Although she was pardoned for her heinous crimes on many occasions, she in return rewarded him with devastating betrayal which led to the creation of the senseless Liberian Civil war that caused the death of over 250,000 innocent Liberian lives including the life of my father. For the sake of peace, I like many of my fellow citizens, all made the decision to turn the other cheek. Yet Madame Ellen Johnson Sirleaf refuses to let sleeping dogs lie and she still continues to target the Doe family unjustly both politically and personally at every opportunity.
It saddens me because this is morally wrong on every level. I fondly remember happier times with the Johnson family as Mrs. Aletha Johnson (Younger sister of EJS) had an extremely close relationship with my father and my siblings and I. My father and Mrs. Aletha Johnson not only shared a deep love and passion for their beloved Mighty Barrolle team but also shared the bond of a child, my handsome little brother. Our relationship with Mrs. Johnson was so close that she would plan surprise visits to us in England where we lived on boarding school with special treats and gifts from her and our father.
It is with regret that we received the letter below from BCCI that you can find attached. You will observe that BCCI (Bank of Credit and Commerce International) indicate they have settled a claim on my father’s account advanced by the Government of Liberia. The Government of Liberia never informed us that they claimed an entitlement to these or any other of my father’s assets. We do not know the basis for the Government’s claim.
Our internationally based lawyers in England advised that the Government had to have obtained an order from the courts indicating these assets were government properties, but we should have received notice to attend court. We were never notified, thus rendering this order illegal and a criminal act, punishable by the courts of Law. I am astonished; bearing in mind that we never leased private buildings to the Liberian Government unlike previous government administrations. We are seriously investigating and further documentations reveal that this illegal action appears to be sanctioned by the Head of the Government of Liberia. Furthermore, we have attached a document from the Ministry of Justice stating that the Government of Liberia has no claims to our father’s estate.
Our father Samuel Kanyon Doe served his country as its leader for over 10 years. He was a very successful businessman. It is a well-known fact that he was also a committed agriculturalist in his beloved home county of Grand Gedeh. In partnership with other business enterprises, including a mineral company with a net annual income of over two million US dollars. All his earnings are purely a private matter. If Madame Sirleaf would like to start seizing bank accounts, she needs to start back from the Tubmans’ administration to the present day, including her own.
Our father made sure that previous administration’s families received all their inheritance and ensured the continuance of their children education. We find it very ironic that the properties in Liberia belonging to former President Mr. Charles Taylor; who is currently standing trial in The Hague, has gone undisputed by Madame Sirleaf and her government. Certainly those serving international travel bans, known warlords and those recognized by TRC would surely have been included if this was a fair or widespread practice. I am now certain that these un-lawful actions by Madame Sirleaf and her government are purely targeted towards us alone-The Doe Family.
Although my siblings and I are successful in our chosen fields, having privately educated ourselves; we must admit that we have been blessed by God Almighty. However, it is important to note that Madame-Sirleaf hatred for us is so intense and unjustifiable that it brings about another kind of suffering that my mother is not able to express succinctly. My mother herself has several properties in Liberia and they are well looked after. Nonetheless she very much still deserves her long overdue pension which was promised by Madame Johnson 5 years ago, because it is rightly hers as wife of a late president who died in office – end of story. She does not need to justify herself in order to guarantee her rightful benefits as the Former First Lady of Liberia or any other reason for that matter. If Madame Johnson Sirleaf really wish to live up to the perceived perception of who the international community thinks she is, my family and I look forward to resolving this matter once and for all.
Respectfully,
Samuel Kanyon Doe Jr.

Well said Mr. Doe Jr. Ellen has a public image and a private image. Now the spotlight is on Ellen the world and all dirt she is done against the Doe family is getting out. Very soon the world will get to know how trully evil she is.
It seems that the Does are re-arriving. Boy, do all resemble their father! And I like the stand they are taking now – educate yourself first and then move on in the spotlight. With education, there is nothing that you cannot defend. Right on Does, we will certainly welcome you back for whatever good things that you may want to do in Liberia. With Celue Doe trying to preach peace, the formula is so right.
Bill
Let this kid go sit somewhere else, we’re talking real politics here, not sentimentality based in naivety. Has he ever heard the Tolberts for example complaining about how their father was killed, who killed him and things of that sort? It seems the Doe children want to show they are grown now and getting ready to revenge their father’s death. We will be waiting for them. Just when we were trying hard to forget the evils of their father, which inevitably culminated into our past bloodbath, there they come, to awaken those dormant memories. He better go familiarize himself with what led to the war in Liberia, then perhaps he would be informed well enough to shut his mouth about who did what to whom thus leading to war. …And so it is written.
Dempster Yallah
I can now draw the conclusion that Mr. Dempster Yallah is struggling to find his place in this modern political era where it’s no more about spinelessly dropping leaflets but revealing the truth and attaching a face to it. This kid has laid it all out for the world to see and he’s not naïve as you are suggesting but one who ‘masters the act of timing.’
You sound very irrational to believe that he’s about to bring war to Liberia now that he’s grown. I know a lot of you that’s awaiting the clarion’s call from Ellen; when that happens, US and these Listservs that landed you these begging jobs, will NEVER see you again.
Mr. Yallah, you are a proficient when it comes to Liberian politics but unlike Alaric Togba and others, why aren’t you in Liberia to support your candidate (EJS) but amorously gallivanting on these Listservs with fools and dumbs like us?
Let preempt your respond: It’s NOT going to be about the issues but foul language and class warfare. I await your intellectual respond.
To borrow a line from you; “and so it is un-written.”
Kwame oldpa Weeks
Now Dempster stop that…why do you think it is ok to continue all these acts that could temper with unfair treatment which could lead to war. It is not fair for Liberia to be thrown into choas again… it will eventually become a Americo -Liberian VS native Liberian thing again. This would not happen to the decendants of James Spriggs Payne it shouldnot happen to the Doe’s. Enough already. Didnt you stand up against acts like these?
It’s very hard and incomprehensible to understand why people make such silly comment! If there is nothing constructive TO SAY, SAY NOTGHING! Dempster, it is clearly evident that your lack of knowlege limits your ability to competently converse succinctly without beign drawn into tribalist aspect of the issue at hand.If you actually read the article, you would know that it was well articulated and immaculently written to express his dismay with the incumbent president. Please refrain from speculating that he’s out to revenge or is planning to start a rebellion!
I should like, first of all, to ask if this Dempster Yallah is, indeed, a real person? I mean, he sounds like someone who is due to be born and saying things out of his own world below. Yallah’s comparison is so illiterately incomparable with simple or elementary logic. He is really not born yet into the real world. I can now see people like Dempster Yallah who do not have the slightest knowledge of an important event of historical magnitude force themselves to opine on it only to reveal their ignorance that does no good to themselves, let alone people and a nation like Liberia. Up to now, after more than 30 years of the Liberian Revolution of April 12, 1980 and 20 years of the assassination of His Excellency Dr. Samuel Kanyon Doe, with all the research materials being written, even with confession of the late First Lady Victoria David-Tolbert to the effect that her husband, late President William R. Tolbert was killed by two white men, for whom the Unknown Soldiers’ monument was erected in front of the Executive Mansion in Monrovia, people like Dempster Yallah are still believing that late President Doe killed President Tolbert. Oh! Lest I forget that there are uninformed and sluggish people like Dempster Yallah.
Another salient point for Dempster Yallah, if he is a real human-being, to know is that Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf is not a relative of the late President Tolbert. In fact, when the late William R. Tolbert was a President and took an official trip to the United States during which he chartered a Pan Am plane and asked them to erase “Pan Am” and write thereon “Speedy One” that cost Liberian Tax payers US$1million for which he sent back a request for that money- that his trip was broke while Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf was acting Minister of Finance, because Tolbert was accompanied by his late brother Stephen. The Acting Minister of Finance then, now President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf refused to send President Tolbert the money on her ground that Tolbert was wasteful. Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf’s refusal and many other acts of disrespectfulness created a very serious strain relations with President Tolbert till his death. How then can any intelligent person compare treatments President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf is meting out to the Does to Tolbert killing.
Also, President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf’s vengeful treatments are not directed only to the late President Doe’s children but also to the entire Grand Gedeh County and the Grand Gedeans in general. For example, with all the money being pulled into Liberia for reconstruction by International partners and organization, there not a fitting road from Monrovia or from Ganta, Nimba County to Grand Gedeh County. Secondly, the Gedeh Mountain which the Almighty God placed in that County area as means to help develop the area is owned by President Johnson-Sirleaf and Richard Tolbert to the exclusion of not only Grand Gedeans but also the Liberian people including Dempster Yallah, if he is a real human-being. Thirly, when Mount nimba was discovered for exploration, the operational headquarters and infrastructures were built in Nimba County. When Bomi Hill was discovered, headquarters and infrastructures were built in Bomi Territory or County. So too was Bong Mining Company’s in Bong County; as well as Mine Management in Lofa County, that County was also recipient of Wologisi headquarters and infrastructures. NOW, please tell me Dempster Yallah, if you are a real person and have the gut as a man who knows his mother from his father, WHY NOT GEDEH MOUNTAIN HEADQUARTERS AND INFRASTRUCTURES LOCATED IN GRAND GEDEH COUNTY? You see Dempster Yallah, what all of these vengeful treatments of the President Doe’s children and Grand Gedeans have to do with the killing President Tolbert?
Lastly, let me point out to you. There have and continue to be all kinds of writings and opinions unfavorably about the late President Samuel Kanyon Doe and the Grand Gedean people go unanswered. NO MORE WILL WE KEEP SILENT! after all, it was through the Doe many Liberians including you Dempster Yallah are able to come on this side of the world. Don’t you know Sir, that the multi-party participatory elections now going on in Liberia was brought about by the late Dr. Samuel Kanyon Doe?
P. Allison Tarlue, Sr.
Really, Dempster really? I mean, where in this letter of Samuel K. Doe, Jr.that says or suggests that he or members of his family are planning to take war to Liberia? Frankly, you did not read this letter. OR you read it without comprehension. SKD, Jr. only speaks to the issue of how his family is being treated; he speaks of the money that the Liberian government is in possession of that belongs to their father. As a young boy who was not educated at the time, he could not have spoken on such issue. But now that he is grown and as Samuel Kanyon Doe, Jr., representing his family, he has all rights to express himself concerning his father’s properties….not to mention the ugly treatment that his mother is receiving from the government of Liberia headed by Ellen Johnson Sirleaf. Maybe, Mr. Yallah, as you claim to call your, if you had really read this letter with understanding, you might have spoken to the issue instead of expressing your hatred towards the Doe’s Family, showing your through color.
Have a good day Mr. Dempster! Or should we now call you Mr. Dumbster?
Dear the International community: First, I hope the US government and the United Nations are listening to the recommendations and sound comment of Samuel K. Doe Jr., I named the US government and UN because these are the two groups in the world that think that Ellen Sirleaf is right for Liberia when these people are not living in Liberia. Ellen is one of those that greatly benefited from the late President Doe’s regime, and infact, there was no grand gedean that ever served in Doe’s government as a MINISTER with the exception of John P. Beh as the minister of sports. Charles Taylor was the head of GSA, Sackor was Interior minister, others are: G.B. Matthew, Ellen Sirleaf and many others. Doe did all He could to please the people of Liberia, but still they betrayed him and handed him over to the most criminal Liberian Prince Johnson through the effort of ECOWAS and Uncle Sam the origin of our independence. There is no president in the current Liberian history that will ever replace or be like or close to the most renowned president of Liberia Mr. Samuel K. Doe, the first real Liberian to serve as the head of state. During Doe’s regime $ 50 could feed more than ten persons within a month, but at current , $ 50 can feed only one chicken in Liberia but not even a dog prior to a human being. Tubman held the Liberian people into slavery by giving them RICE, but during the regime of Doe every Liberian was presented an opportunity to build estates, homes, schools, medical facilities, owned cars, obtained free education, affordable University studies, Jobs, agricultural aids provision, freedom of expressions, equal employment opportunity, citizens bill of rights, overseas studies, etc. Even Lone Star of Liberia that was dead since the independence of liberia was one of the best african teams during the Doe’s regime, and through the effort of Doe we were able to produce the best player of africa and the world Hon. George Oppong weah, the king of soccer. Ellen will do what ever power invested into her to keep going against the Doe family in particular and the krahn people in general. A krahn parable says and I quote: ” Any one who runs behind or chase an elephant in the forest until you cause it to reach it final destination, it will turn against you for self defense and you will never have the time to defeat it or fight it any longer” one day the grand gedeans will reach their final destination and Ellen Sirleaf will need a break. There is no way that the Krahn people will ever survive in Liberia as long Ellen, Prince Johnson or Charles Taylor are in power in Liberia believe it or not. We have a long way to go and our journey is difficult to reach because of the obstacles in our ways: ” Ellen; Johnson; Taylor”, we can only reach this journey by sacrifices and selve determinations. The U.S government has invested more than $ 80.000.000 in Ellen Sirleaf’s govenment but Ellen is unable and can’t point to one development in Liberia into which she has invested this amount except the school she built in Magibe County, Liberia. This is the county that primarily re-endorsed her for second term in Liberia. Ellen Sirleaf is not playing politics with the grand gedeans but she is constituting criminal intent with the grand gedeans.James Tenny, we are not saying that Ellen Sirleaf is establishing another rebellion but she is very cruel to the extent that evil lives and develops into her heart and minds.Logically, the act of treating another group of family or certain ethnic group cruely is a way of constituting a secret rebellion. Rebellion is not only war, but it is to mis-treat, punish for political ground, pay back , get a share just as others did, etc. I don’t care how people feel about this, Ellen Sirleaf is a criminal and the U.S. government will know that clearly one day even including the UNDP that is endorsing Ellen with the so-called government in Sweden that gave her the Criminal and Warlord Noble Peace Prize, this prize is called: ” Warlord Prize” she killed along with Taylor that why the govenment of Sweden gives her that criminal prize. Ellen, I thought you were defending women’s rights again in Liberia, so what not you give to Nancy Doe what belongs to her as a former first lady of Liberia. The word Krahn is not “Crimine” and the word “Doe is not Doer”. Please respect the rights and privacy of every Liberian including those you considered your enemies: ” Grand Gedeans”. Thank you, if you have ears to hear then hear and if not then go deaf.
People on this website will be bias. SKD Jr. forget all te people is father killed. What do you think Ellen want from your family? You must have forgotten the treatment your father levied on her.
The President owes you guys nothing. Why didn’t you guys asked Charles Taylor, Bryant, Sawyer and all the other leaders of Liberia what happened to your father’s money?
Your father was no saint. He was ruthless and a dictator. What happened to all the other members of the PRC?
Why not ask some of your kinsmen who misled your father and took your properties.
If you are looking for an enemy, look in the mirror.
noble peace prize winner ellen johnson selief seize asset of late liberian leader samuel k.doe.while tolbert, tubman, and taylor matain theirs
simeon, the mn web is not a bias website thats why your comment is posted. if you read the letter from skd jr. you’ll know that you wrong. liberia needs to move forward and not backwards with hatred like the one fron ellen towards the Doe family.
hope the Doe family will not be like other krahn people that have now been silence by these congor people. let all of us stand up to this.

Dempster Yallah, what happened to your khaki shirts and jeans trousers? What happened to the socialist doctrine you guys used to preach? Why are you not in the Soviet Union, now Russia? What are you doing in the U.S.? Dempster Yallah, you are wanted in Liberia for your role in REACT, an underground militant movement that fueled the civil war in Liberia. Why are you referring to people who are advocating for free, fair, and transparent elections, trouble makers, and perpetrators of violence?
Why are you labeling young Samuel Doe, trouble maker, suspecting him of trying to revenge for his father? Does he not have rights in Liberia anymore because his late father made mistakes like Ellen and you? What is your problem meeehhnnnnn? What is your stress meehnnnn?
NGee beat you flat in a couple of debates. You ate your school fees at LU as a result of your sleepless nights preparing REACT in broken English writing. You graduated through the back door. When I see your writing, I wonder if it is the Dempster Yallah whom I knew from the 80s. So were you carrying the REACTS after they were written by Alaric Tokpa, Christian Hubert and late Wuo Tapia, ? Yes! Don’t ask me why, or sassawood will catch you.
Where is your comrade, Joe Wylie, the REACT’s militants trainer? REACT read: We are in the ghettos, in West point, at the Executive Mansion, everywhere, Doe must resign, all must resign….bla bla..bla that you are today referring to as nonsense and insolent.
I invite you to a debate.
Topic: Free, fair, and transparent elections in Liberia
I will beat you 100% to 25%, with you scoring 25%. And one more thing, please don’t call me kid. That’s rude.
Thomas Toteh
Well done my good old friend Mr Doe Jnr for your great response. I have been waiting for this moment for a long time. Just to let, Ellen know that we are still around and we are not crazy or stupid. Why must she do such a thing? In the first place,Mr Doe Snr did not bring war to Liberia. It was Ellen and her brother Charles Taylor who brought war onto our people. Why is it that she did not confiscate the properties and finances of Bryant and Sawyer? Why did she decide to do this to the Doe`s family? We thought that Ellen came for peace but now we know that she came to complete what Charles Taylor left.Ellen! this is to u, “We are still around”.We want peace we dont need witch hunting.Ellen we are kindly asking u to set justice aside. Do not be unfair and discriminate others.Ellen,if u say u are confiscating the late presidents family properties and finance. Then, where did your Son got money from to build hospitals in south africa and buy a house in Ghana?Ellen, this is not right. We respect you to show justice to all Liberian irrespective of their ethinic backgroung. I hope the West and the rest of the world is watching what u are doing in Liberia and not only what you say.We are watching too!!!!!!!!!!!!
I must give one compliment to Samuel K. Doe Sr. He sure had some very strong genes. His son looks just like him.
And the other son by Aletha Johnson, he looks just like SKD too even though he does not carry the last name “Doe”. I wonder why?
Emmett
Senior Comrade Dempster Yallah, I am completely baffled by your approach. Your input through this medium has proven how cloudy your judgments can be; I think it is your expression that is “sentimentality based in naivety.” What is considered real politics in your purview anyway? Just to regress a little bit, I am well schooled and do know that your encounter with President Samuel K. Doe during your time at the University of Liberia as a student activist was not a pleasant one. However, such, in no form or shape should be reasons to revile or limit the ability of any relative of President Samuel K. Doe from addressing or expressing any societal issue that befalls them.
Calling Mr. Samuel K Doe Jr. a kid and telling him to go sit somewhere else is very disturbing and absurd to a person like me, who once admired your stance on social justices and by coincident share the same last name with you (no blood relations). Samuel Doe Jr. expressed an issue his family is faced with, which in no term has to do with politics. As much as you are entitled to your opinion, I see your contribution to the solution of Mr. Doe’s problem to be tinted and very convoluted. I have never thought that you could reduce yourself to being personal with anyone or during any intellectual discuss as such; back then, I saw you as a mentor, a sound and young human rights activist with a “MASSECRATIC” ideology. However, it has been shown that you are no more that mentor that I have come to know; you have reduced yourself to being a vindictive and bias individual.
I will no less agreed will one of the responders (Mr. Weeks) that your statement in response to Mr. Samuel K. Doe Jr. is very childish and myopic of the callable of person I have perceived you to be. Senior Comrades Alaric Togba and others are meaningfully contributing to the Liberian society by impacting knowledge into young Liberians at The University of Liberia and other post secondary institutions. Another Senior Comrade in person of Mr. Ezekiel Pajibo had left Johannesburg, South Africa for Liberia, to join the bandwagon of meaningful society contributors. Is this how you will contribute to Liberia after all that you were involved with for the right things to happen in Liberia?
Senior Comrade Dempster Yallah, I am very disappointed in you from now until you can prove otherwise. Take my canny advice by comprehensively reading Mr. Doe’s statement with open mind and rescind your point through this same medium or leave your opinion as it is, so that the truths of whom and whence you come are openly known.
This response is from a former Sophomore Student of the University of Liberia, a former National General Secretary and the current Ways & Means Committee Chairman of the Grand Gedeh Association in the Americas Inc. Master Sargent Doe along with Quwonkpa brought down the Americo Liberian rule to a mighty crash on that jubilant day April 12 1980. All ethnic groups were united and joyous because the oppressive rule that propagated slavery was over. Do you remember the theme song ‘Country man borne soldier and Congo woman borne rogue’ I think we need to sing that song again. For 13 killed now 300,000 have died? The end does not justify the means.
As a Nimbian I am ashamed that we allowed Ellen Johnson Sirleaf to use us as stupid fools for all her assisination attempts which never benefitted us. See Tarloh Quwonkpa’s wife article online and get your facts straight. Ellen is wicked and corrupted, only her people have enjoyed not us.
Doe was charming and kind, I like most women dated him, but he told us all that he would never leave Nancy, just like a typical man he promised the moon and the sky until the next pretty woman came along. But I never once thought about bring war like Ellen, who was also a woman scorned. By the way Doe never killed any of his political opposition or enemies; On the contrary, he forgave them too much, which was also his downfall. EJS killed our best son Jackson F Doe.
Mr Doe,
Why it is your right to speak to our president or anyone else in the world, your right ends where others begin. The young man in question, Aletha’s son has lived all of his 20 odd years, under another name. Whether his mother ever told him differently or not,we do not know,as she never named Doe as the father to the family. It is common decency to allow him to devulge his own affairs, and in his own time. If he chosses never to do so then he is also well within his rights. You might be Samuel K. Doe, Jr., but you have no proof as to the kind of relationship that my aunt and dear friend had or didn’t have with your father. In your fight to regain stolen property, please respect the dead and not desecrate her memory. Just as you mentioned, we have fond memories of her and would appreciate it were you not to drag her memories through your mud. We are the Grebo Johnsons and not the Gola Johnsons. I understand that you are a learned young man, so please get your facts straight when you choose to write any discourse in the future. Maureen(Mallah)Johnson Hutchinson
Dear Mr. Doe,
It seems to me you did not properly corroborate the facts. Two of your points are already being questioned.
Is the young man ( son of the late Aletha Johnson) truly the son of your father? Was Aletha Johnson ever the sister of President Sirleaf?
I really do not know the nature of the other points you have mentioned, but I am oblige to render them similarly inaccurate as the questionable ones until you can give us some balance.
Sincerely yours
REPOST. Doe killed A LOT of people. Some of them, his comrades (members of the PRC). He is the original WARLORD. His exploits are well documented. He stole a presidency and any monies gained as a result belongs to the Liberian people – in my opinion. If sam jr. is doing so well, why is he making noise about our country’s money that we took back? I suggest that he goes on with his life – as it is – and forget about the Liberian people money. Mr. DEMPSTER YALLAH you are my HERO for calling him out. They want to pretend TOLBERT did not exist and now blame Taylor for everything else. To those of you still in DENIAL, SHAME ON YOU. doe started the civil war by not leaving when his time was over. Good riddance. MADAME PRESIDENT, THANK YOU. PLEEEASE DON’T GIVE THEM ANY OF OUR MONEY THEIR PA DIDN’T WORK FOR.
Tk u so mush SKD jr. u said the thruth, but u have to know that the world s so unfair.see all the wicked art this lady carry on in lib, just as u said she was awarded norbel peace price winner.my question s ,what s this so call internation community possition towards the suffering masses?
Mr Samuel Doe JR,
I want you to please ask the Liberian people to forgave your family for what so ever your late father did to the Liberian people including President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, and ask God for mercy,Please don,t let any body fool you, those guys was once wrongly advise your late father to be a bad leader, don,t let them comes around you,the were the cost your Dad to play with dozens human blood including a Bishop Willam R.Tobert Jr,infact in those day no body turn fool to talk against Doe like they do to President Sirleaf you wlll surely not live to tell the stories.
Mr. Doe,Jr.
I applaude your heartfelt concerns and how it matters most for you to have spoken out the way you did. However, I want to differ with you on the question of your father owning properties in Liberia. If the Liberian people have conducted statastical analysis involving possessions in Liberia, your father by legal standards would have been denied the assests you have mentioned. Those assests belong to the Liberian people via the Liberian government. The president might exercise humanitarian leverage to award the Doe children something they can consider theirs. But, I believe the presidents owes nothing to the Doe family and cannot be blamed for the seizure of any assests from your family. If the government would conduct a financial audit involving your father’s assumed assets, it will be establised that the salary of the president of Liberia including his benefits combined could not have gotten him over two hundred million dollars of assets. Have you thought of that. So, please tailor your concerns through the proper way. I know how you feel but I believe there is something the government can do to address your concerns.
