The occasion which is being held under the auspices of the Barmon/Kantu administration of the Minnesota Chapter, starts precisely at 6:00pm, at the famous 2807 Rock Pointe Hall located on Brookdale Drive, in Brooklyn Park.
In an exclusive interview with the MN Web, the Chapter’s 7th President, Alexander Barmon said the event is one of his administration’s continued efforts to raise needy funds for vital projects in Grand Gedeh County.
President Barmon explained that a Bush Chicken Red Carpet inclusive event, in collaboration with the former GGAA National Queen, Rachael Barway, aka “Liberian Diva,” Mr. Huge Peabody, aka “Mr. Reliable” and Kwame Oldpa Weeks, aka “Weesky,” will all be on hand to fire up the occasion and get it ready to go.
The President lamented that there will fabulous prizes to be snatched including grand purse prizes of ($200) two hundred United States dollars at ($100) one hundred dollars apiece, for the best dressed man and woman.
He made it plain that the event is open to all who wish Liberia and most particularly Grand Gedeh well adding, “the occasion runs into the wee-wee hours in the twin cities.”
Meantime, President Barmon is calling on all to come out in their hundreds with their best formal attires with the mindset of winning the grand prizes.
He emphasized that a flat fees of twenty United States dollars (US$20.00), is the required amount and an optional fees of only fifty United States dollars (US$50.00) for Very Important Personalities (VIPs).
